I got all my service needs done in one day. Katrina told me it would not take 2 days what we originally thought. She was great and knowledgeable about the car and when I picked up she directed me to the sales department. She actually walked me over to meet the sales person who had contacted me before about selling my Camaro. Great staff and will definitely come back to buy car in future and get service work done. Thank you.

Derek Suda has been a life savor.. He is very involved with getting my car done a proper amount of time and makes sure it is safe and reliable for not just me but for my family.. I highly recommend my family and friends to go to the service department with Derek..

Whitney wasn’t very pleasant to talk to. This happened the previous time and I thought she was just having a bad day. But this is twice now. She is very short and rude and just not nice. She seems like she hates her job and doesn’t want to be there.

I brought my car in for repairs about six weeks ago. I spent close to $2000 and was told it was fixed. I went home and it wasn’t fixed and just brought my car back. I was charged an additional $500 for more repairs. I do not feel I should’ve been charged additional labor. The service agent I was dealing with felt like a used car salesman I did not know anything about fixing cars. He kept quoting that the computer codes were triggered off and therefore I should fix the problems. He didn’t really understand how to diagnose any issues and I felt like he did not have my best interest in mind. I do not plan to return to your dealership ever again. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past which were significantly better. Believe it or not I really write bad reviews but your service was apalling.

One of the reasons for needing the vehicle service was a reoccurring notification of low tire pressure. We are still getting a low tire pressure notification but now to the new location of the rotation of the tire.

Liana was great... got me set up with a rental car while mine was in for service; called to keep me informed of what was going on with my car and approximately when it might be done. I really appreciate being kept “in the loop”. Thanks for everything.

Was there with my Grandson and Travis went out of his way to help us and remembered my grandsons name when we left. Very professional and extremely courteous. On a scale of 1-10, Travis is a 10+

Travis was great, he was very helpful and provided genuine service. Overall, however, I think the dealership could be a little more customer service oriented. Travis came out and assisted me which I appreciated, as compared to my first visit where I just stood around for a bit before anyone took notice or the initiative to assist me. Also, I wish you all provided a complementary car wash with service. I know that may be reaching, but it is something I greatly appreciated with my previous service company.
