I took my car in for a exhaust sound, and one of my cup holder inserts went missing... and when I called back, to see where it was, as I noticed it as I made it home, your department kept hanging up in my face or sending me to voicemail.
Derek is always pleasant to work with. Kept me informed during my visit to the dealership. My vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion and repaired correctly. Derek also told me of some maintenance I should think about in the future, which was great recommendation. Great job!
