I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and have always had wonderful service. Derek Suda was quite rude and not very friendly today unfortunately. I have never had him as my service guy and was taken back a bit. I think he realized I was not happy with his attitude and he did turn it around by the time I left but I would have to say initially i was not please with him at all.

I requested a tire rotation and after leaving the lot I discovered that my tires had not been rotated. Otherwise, the service was Great and Derek was AWESOME!

Lack of communication on the status of our vehicle, we had to be the one to continuously ask what the status was. We were told we could pick up the vehicle Saturday and called mid day to be told we would get a call back. We ended up calling back again before they close to be told our service advisor had been off that day and if we could make it within a certain tome then we could pick up our vehicle. We had to rush out and pick up our vehicle all along we could of picked it up early morning. I had asked for something to be looked at and once we arrived we learned the service advisor never put in that request.

Vehicle was forgot about for over a week no call no contact from Chevy representative. When I called to see what was going on he said he said he didnt have the right number and no apology. Just stating they would start working on my truck now. Same attitude on pick up no acknowledging the delay AMD said here ya go heres the keys. Horrible customer service. I can compare to Ford where I have my company trucks serviced there. Matt Miller
