Nothing to do with Liana, but I made an appointment online at 10am for a 2:30pm service. When I got there, I was told it would be 2 hours for an oil change because they were waiting for the oil filter. Liana said next time I needed to call after making the appointment online so they can have the filter available. I just don’t get why the filter wasn’t ordered when I made the appointment at 10am and not when I got there at 230. 2 hour wait is excessive for an oil change, when an appointment was made ahead of time. Again, not Liana’s fault...

.theres only 1 receiver if no signal its bad...or fuse or short .understandable. but knowing no part existed .. and very rude mr travis ingall could not even show me what location and where is it....HE HAD TO CALL ANOTHER MECANIIC...SAYS IN DASH ...COULD :::NOT;;;;SHOW ME WHERE OR WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE OR WHERE....HE SAID GO TO JUNK YARD ****...plain and simple you guys srd great performers ttill thr keys sre in your hand ...appt was 1.30 sas caf go in bay 5pm. 4 hours i sat outside..this made me sick
