Comments from the mechanic said "all four tires abnormally worn" however my service advisor insisted they were worn down evenly. I can see quite easily that they are worn unevenly and feel this could have been prevented if it had been noted sooner on any of the previous occasions I have had my vehicle here. I even asked about it once and was told they looked fine. I feel like I should not have trusted the service I received.

I was not satisfied with the level of service provided this last time I requested service for my vehicle. The entire process beginning with the service representative not answering my calls or returning my calls after the initial appointment. It took an entire month from the date I requested service to when I actually took my vehicle in. Upon receiving my vehicle back it was not cleaned up where the repair had taken place. I got a call a day prior to picking it up and was told it was in detailing. I don’t know what detailing means but I assumed it meant the final touches and possibly cleaning it up. There is still a huge water stain on the headliner so if it was to leak again I wouldn’t be able to tell because a stain is already there. I will have to try to clean this up myself. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed this time around.

Derek and Liana have gone out of their way to make sure I was completely happy and satisfied with my vehicle starting with the loaner vehicle they provided for me while my car was being serviced. The Equinox was a car that i always wanted to buy but couldn’t. Driving it around for a few days allowed me to dream that I could own one. Needless to say..I didn’t want to return the car when my own car was ready for pick up????Thanks guys!
