I very specifically described an issue with the chronometer - the internal clock that measures how long a trip is and can be reset to zero as you start your new trip, located in the same series of screens as the one that measures how far the trip is and how many miles per gallon you’re getting - which I reset to zero two weeks ago and is now not working. It stays ar 0:00:00. Since I bought the car from you in March this is a pretty big deal (what else is going to break down?). So I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change, and at the end was told that they had evealuated THE ODOMETER and there was nothing wrong so I would have to wait hours more for it to go to a different shop. I looked at the form and your agent had in fact written odometer. Clearly he hadn’t listened to my detailed description. So now at some point I have to come in again and wait for hours for your people to fix this defective car I bought from you.
Laith provided EXCELLENT customer service. I hope he will be my service advisor in the future! Unfortunately, however, although they fixed the issue I had with my car, a new problem started not long after I left the dealership. I can’t believe how many problems I’m having with my brand new 2018 Chevy Malibu. ????????????
Except for the phone tagging ie emails and texting I never really had a chance to interact with Pam. From when I dropped off the car..it appeared she was busy (?) So another service advisor type up the service ticket. Same when I came in to pickup my car she was on the phone so I worked with another advisor to release my car
I always double check the work done and Jimmie Johnson's team has never let me down. They have maintained my Lexus since I bought it and will continue to do so.
