When I came to pick up my car me and another customer walk through the double doors and stood there and no one acknowledged us there were service writers at their desk on the front row and they did they look up & they did not say a word. I received a phone call I talk on the phone hung up and I had to yell hello, nothing no response so i said louder with my arms up and out spinning around in a half circle "CAN SOMEBODY HELP US"? "can somebody help me" and said it A THRID TIME WITH A VERY louder deep Stern angry voice. finally a serviceman looked up from his computer finish what he was doing then apologize saying that they were busy like hell we're all busy my time I'm busy to my time is valuable to. There needs to be a cashier or a receptionist to greet people when they come to pick up their vehicles so they don't have to wait those service guys are busy trying to complete their orders to make their money they don't have time to acknowledge somebody else's customer that they're not even getting paid for. There needs to be as much enthusiasm for the customer leaving as it is for the customer arriving. Elton P
