The only thing that really bothered me was, I made my appointment for first thing in the morning, at 7 am, I was 2nd to arrive at 6:45 am while the doors were still locked. It took over an hour and a half to just get an oil change while I watched others that came in after me being checked out Way before me! Needless to say I was late for work! Couldn't understand why so many people got finished before me that came in after me

Jeremy Holtzclaw did a fantastic job from start to finish. He kept me updated, ensured everything went smoothly, and even walked me to my car rather than just handing me the key fob and pointing in the general direction. Awesome customer service!
