I had scheduled an appointment and as soon as I checked in I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Unbelievable!
No complaints my service advisor is always courteous on point and respectful of my time !

We couldn’t pick the car up when finished because the check engine light was still on. It was too busy for anyone to look at it quickly so it will require another trip by my elderly father in-law to pick it up.
I got a nail in one of my tires I call David to check before I go, but i when just to spend 1 hour 30 minutes waiting and was still 2 cars before my car,I run out time but I asked for appointment for Friday but was nothing available neither and I don't want to go to wait with no time limit for fix a tire only

I went in for a recall and waited over an hour before I was told that the part was not available. I just think I should have been told that the part was not available and what the next steps were in scheduling another time. Other than that the young lady that took care of me was very nice.
