Bert was not only professional he was also friendly and had a excellent understanding of the capabilities of the service team, so I knew what to expect and when my car would be ready. He also was able to spot a nail in my tire and provide advice on how to handle it until I could afford a new tire. Great help!

I have a service agreement for oil change. When I call for an appointment I can not get one for a week. A week to get a oil change unacceptable! Then I pull in for my 10 o'clock appointment and I am told it will take an hour. An hour for a oil change again unacceptable! Then it actually takes an hour and a half! An hour and a half for an oil change that I have an appointment for! Unacceptable
