I love David I, He is so kind, courteous and helpful. But , I was there just over 2 hrs for a simple oil change and I think that was too long. Someone isn’t doing a good job of scheduling the workload. I had an appt for 2:40, arrived early at 2:30, was checked in as Express service and yet was there until 4:30. That isn’t express to me.

I was waiting for the shuttle and after 30 minutes, I was told that it had returned and that I should get in. Once in, the shuttle driver told me to get out because it wasn’t my turn. She had others to pick up first and I had to wait. She said that Jessica knew better than to send me out. She was rude.
