Upon initial dropoff, I advised to check the battery sensor on my tpms light as it keeps lighting up after several hrs of driving on highway. It was the only reason I drove to the dealership. I also needed an oil change. I checked on my car after an hr. They said tire pressure was fine. I asked about the sensor and they obviously didn't check it as they said let me have them check it. I was about to check out asked again what was the result, they advised they hooked it up electronically and it was my alternator. The charge for diagnostic was $59. Noone advised me of extra cost before they ran the test. I was barely advised the cost of alternator. The results of the multipoint was never discussed with me. Which also had stuff on it. It was horrible service this time around. I dont trust the results of the test becuase I don't feel like my issue was ever taken seriously or inspected properly becuase of it. I waited 2hrs and felt like I had to keep asking about the car status. Don't feel comfortable doing service here any more. Not Honda quality.

My first Honda & the first oil change - bought my vehicle in Hickory, but live closer to Concord - Jessica was very helpful in getting me in & out.
Service on car was thorough. Second trip, unfortunately still not able to identify the transmission issues.
Initial greeting was prompt and Daniel took good care of us. At pick up it took awhile before anyone responded to our entrance. The shop was not busy, we were the only customers. Eye contact was made from several associates but none acknowledged our presence.

Appointment for 1:30. Only three service managers and no one able to assist me with my appointment. When I was finally waited on I was passed off to another service manager. I was told that the previous service manager had gone to lunch. This statement was false. Wait time was way to long for a simple oil change and then getting passed around. Not a good experience.
