Mr Arrington and your technicians are awesome. I have had many unfortunate experiences bringing my vehicles in for repairs. Eight out of ten times, technicians have not made the repairs promised or they have broken a part of my vehucle in the process of “fixing” it. The repair was done in about half the time I anticipated and done to perfection. Thank you for a job well done, and thank you for your integrity. You’ve just gained a loyal customer.

Honda of Concord did an A 1 job. They kick ****!!
it was not as good as it should be. I was very very happy with my three Honda bought before. This new Honda has too many parts problems. While driving parts from a/ c starts flying on your face. That’s not honda’s Standing.
My service was done in a timely manner and everything was explained to me. There is a Honda dealership located much closer to me than Honda of Concord but, Jessica does such a great job taking care of me. It's worth the extra time and mileage to go to Honda of Concord and work with Jessica for my service.

Isaac told me it would take 45 mins to an hour to get my car serviced and honestly because of my experience in the past, I didn’t believe him or trust him. But my car was done and ready exactly 45 mins after I dropped her off and I was driving away in less than an hour! Thank you so much!
