After waiting 2 hours for my car to be finished, I stepped outside only to see it sitting there ready to go - but no one had notified me. I went to the service area and they called all over for Jeremy but he could not be found - out to lunch? Someone else helped me check out. I don’t appreciate being left to sit there and wait for no reason.
