Experience was ok/satisfactory. Excellent would be a stretch. I’ve had better service at this site. Will was nice but seemed less knowledgeable than past service managers I have worked with. Nothing wrong with his customer service but would have liked a little more in explanation of service plan/suggestions.

Shacoya was very welcoming and efficient at her job. She quickly greeted me as I pulled into the service area. She got me situated right away and listened to all the questions and concerns. Great Service! The oil change was also done in a timely as well.
