I brought my 2015 Accord in with a starting problem. Sometime it would start and sometime it didn't. They found a faulty starter to be the problem. They kept me aware of the process the entire way. In the end there was no charge to make the repair! Glad I brought it in to Honda of Concord. I will be back!!

This was my first service, felt like an assembly line. Would have been nice for someone to walk you through the process and let you know how things worked. Felt like it was a bother for someone when any questions were asked, like I should have known what to do. Took 2 hours for an oil change when though there was an appointment, was not prepared for that either. Should have been told.
