Nikki Tucker was my service manager to today’s visit. Nikki is awesome all the way around. She’s very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and I can always count on her to provide excellent customer service every visit.
1st I called the parts department and asked if I could get a new keyless remote for my son’s 1999 Honda. He told me yes and transferred me to Service to schedule. Told person in service what I needed, he scheduled, said it wold take about an hour, cost would be approx $150. Also said he would contact the parts dept to make sure it was ordered. When my son arrived on 08/09 he was told it would most likely take less than an hour. However after about 40 minutes he was told the part did not get offered. They said they would order that day and made an another appt for today 08/10/18 My son showed up for the 2nd time and waited. After an hour they told him it was going to take at least another hour to hour and half due to the fact an after market security system was installed and the price would be $160. I picked up my son since it was going to take so long. After about 30 minutes I got a call saying that the car needed two additional parts that would have to be ordered and the price would be over $400!! I said no we would pick up the car. After all the inconvenience, the fact that your service tech didn’t order the part causing us to make two trips, the ever increasing time to complete the job, the ever increasing in price, I assumed that this would not have cost anything. Your techs should have been expert enough to realize they could NOT program a new keyless remote. You have a nerve charging me $70. I think you cheated me. I have 3 Hondas. The other two have had work done at the Concord dealership, but never again. Where I live puts me right between Salisbury Honda and Concord Honda. I will be going to Salisbury from now on.

Jeremy was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly to me. I live in Gastonia and we were headed towards Concord Mills and my car started acting crazy. I did not have an appointment but he worked us in and we got to shop while my car was being fixed. We were shuttled to the mall and got to shop and everything worked out. I always used McKenney Honda here in town but I believe the next time I need service, I’ll come to see Jeremy again. Thanks Concord Hendrix Honda! ????????
