I called and asked for Shacoya Richardson specifically because I knew she would get the job done. Since I met Shacoya, in 2017, she has been a pleasure to work with. She should be recognized for her hard work and dedication. Always a pleasure to visit Honda of Concord because of employees like her.

Cureal did a fantastic job, he was kind, efficient and kept me informed. I got my interior cleaned and I’m not sure if they were supposed to clean the interior roof but it still has spots. There was also a spot on the side of the seat that was missed. I have to work this weekend but Ill try and bring it back on Tuesday.
Jessica was very knowledgeable and got me in and out within a hour which was fantastic! She carries a smile on her face and was easy to work with.
This experience was great! It should be this way every time. I will try to get her again.
