Honda of Concord

I have been driving Honda’s for the past 26years, and I absolutely love them. I have always been satisfied with my Honda’s until the past Tuesday when my 2014 Honda Pilot died on the exit ramp during rush hour traffic. I had my suv towed to Honda of Concord and I was told I needed a new VsA modulator. My extended warranty didn’t cover this part so clearly I was frustrated and quite frankly pissed off. There was no reason a 4 year old car should have an issue like this which was going to cost me over $1200. Rodrigo and the technician did more diagnostics and determined that my car didn’t need a vsa but just a battery change and some connectors. I am extremely thankful and appreciative for Rodrigo’s honesty! Many people may have taken advantage of me and told me that I still needed that part. His honesty speaks volumes to be and I will be forever grateful to know I can really trust the dealership. Thank you rodrigo for your help!!

Darrell and Russ really came through for me after a lot of miscommunications. The most recent service was outstanding. I only have good things to say about your team. And Chris even brought my car back to me so I didn’t have to take time off work. Everything was fantastic.

This visit was expedited immediately upon arrival. I had some questions about the work to be done on my car and Nikki had the actual mechanic that was working on my car explain what was being done. I also called later that day with a question , which was left on her voice mail and she did call me back by the end of the day.

Issac was awesome!! He helped me get arrangements for transportation and kept me informed of my car status.
