I have been driving Honda’s for the past 26years, and I absolutely love them. I have always been satisfied with my Honda’s until the past Tuesday when my 2014 Honda Pilot died on the exit ramp during rush hour traffic. I had my suv towed to Honda of Concord and I was told I needed a new VsA modulator. My extended warranty didn’t cover this part so clearly I was frustrated and quite frankly pissed off. There was no reason a 4 year old car should have an issue like this which was going to cost me over $1200. Rodrigo and the technician did more diagnostics and determined that my car didn’t need a vsa but just a battery change and some connectors. I am extremely thankful and appreciative for Rodrigo’s honesty! Many people may have taken advantage of me and told me that I still needed that part. His honesty speaks volumes to be and I will be forever grateful to know I can really trust the dealership. Thank you rodrigo for your help!!

This visit was expedited immediately upon arrival. I had some questions about the work to be done on my car and Nikki had the actual mechanic that was working on my car explain what was being done. I also called later that day with a question , which was left on her voice mail and she did call me back by the end of the day.
