David did an excellent job keeping me informed of what my car needed and letting me know exactly how long it would take including letting me know when my car would be ready and he would be stepping away from his station to eat lunch. This is something a previous agent did not bother to do and just left me there waiting when my car was ready. I really appreciated his professionalism.

Brad is the best! It makes your time getting your car serviced much less daunting when you have service reps you can not only trust but know and greet you like a friend!! Brad always remembers me and takes time to make sure i understand exactly what is going on with my car good or bad and o really appreciate that. It'ss not always easy hearing you have to come out of pocket with more than expected or the problem is worse than you thought but having it delivered by caring individuals takes the sting away a little.
