I had setup an appointment to perform an oil change at 5:40pm. I arrived around 5:25 pm. The simple oil change was not completed until 7:30pm. Totally unacceptable. Also, when I arrived at the gate, there was one car parked in the right side drive through lane, but my car could not be taken in for about 5-10 minutes as the car already in was a stick shift and no one except one person knew how to drive it. Pathetic, given this is a car dealership.

Jeremy was excellent. Very informative. I was a little Annoyed when I went to use the car wash and it wasn’t working. I called the Hendrick number and was told that there was nothing they could do about it that a technician would have to look at it. I felt like they should have offered me a car wash code for different day.

Brad Dixx has always been more than kind to me at every visit. Never would I have thought I would look forward to getting my car serviced, but I always enjoy coming in and chatting with the friendly people in the service department. I also really appreciate that my son has a safe space to play while I wait.

Tech did not understand what he was told was wrong with the vehicle. Brake pedal was going to the floor not stuck to the floor as stated on the statement. I did not tell tech that the vehicle read fault on the dash . I do not know where he got his info. Did not request inspection check as stated on statement. I hope car is is fixed. Info not good. Wife picked up vehicle not me did not read info till I got home from work.
