I absolutely will complete the survey from Honda of America. My service consultant, Jessica Poteet, was able to get me on the schedule quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the part (a battery) was replaced under warranty.

Brad Dix was my service rep and he was incredible. Not only was he personable, but he assured me that I was receiving the best care possible.
