Isaac Powell that checked me in was really nic and informed me on what was needed. But to be honest a 2hr wait just for an oiL change and tire rotation was ridiculous...plus I get home my wind shield wiper fluid was not topped off which I know is standard for the multi point inspection. My battery was corroded and I was not told about. I was on way to work this morning around 4am my tire pressure gauge light came on so now I have to take the time today and put air in my tire; which should have been done while they did the tire rotation. So as you can tell iam not a happy person today.
I was met by three service advisers yesterday which I thought was cool, I said with a smile, don’t fight over me. Great people at Honda Service center!
My appointment went as expected and everyone helping me was very gracious. This had nothing to do with the service I received but the car wash number did not work. The gentleman in front of me had the same problem and after several tries he left. The same thing happened to me. The Toyota side was working fine.

During my first visit, Will was very hospitable and was very accommodating to my mother and I. Rodney assisted me on my return and was very helpful, taking the time to look under my car prior to even going in the bays. Finding out all it was a wire that was stuck under my tire.
