Rodrigo did a awesome job today. With the exception of how long it took I would rate the experience today a 9-10. If it hadn’t been for the nail found in my tire would have rated a definite 10.

I was told I needed tires and I approved it. An hour or so later Daniel came back and said they may not have the tires in stock. After another 1/2 hour he came back and said one of the four tires had a flat spot. I would have thought the inventory would have been verified before I was provided with options. So I spent from 3 PM to about 5:30 PM only to be booked into a loaner car and have to return to pick up my CR-V the following day.

Jeremy is a terrific service advisor. I have had multiple experiences with him between Hendrick Acura and now at Honda of Concord. He is professional, friendly and thorough. I am extremely pleased with the service I received on my recent visit now that my Ridgeline is running like new again. He and Michael Veleke make an amazing team!

Waited 2 3/4 hrs with no one talking to us until I went out to inquire. Finally offered shuttle to o.garden..”wait 10 mins”, wrong 40 mins; we declined. Had an appt. that didn’t mean anything. EST 40+ people waiting and we were last one standing. I am so disgusted with your svc I’m considering trading the van with less than 5m miles. We left your facility with complete contempt for your very poor consideration of us!!! This was our first visit for service and you made a lasting impression. I have to come back or trade; and don’t like either option.
