Cureal is the only person in the Honda service department thag I’ll be dealing with from now on. He is polite and patient with my needs and doesn’t pish me to do anything I’m not ready for. FINALLY, someone at Honda who doesn’t patronize me as a woman.

Service advisor and technician improperly diagnosed the issue with my tire(s). Found out correct diagnosis at Discount Tire the same day. They also took the time to show me the issue while the car was raised so I was aware of what needed to be done. Can’t understand how I received all green checks for tires on my service report at Honda when in fact they were clearly worn and a four wheel alignment was needed. Not sure if I’ll return to this location for service in the near future.

The technician used zip ties in place of the clip and screw that was on my car holding a cover that you have to remove to get to the oil pan. When I looked under my car after the service was complete that is when I noticed it. I told Shcoya about the problem she told me that she did not believe me that her technician said it was like that when it came in I have had this same problem back in the early spring. I called and spoke with Larry he ask if I could bring it by and they would take care of it and he did. If you look at my service history you can see that you all have been doing the oil changes. I did not like the fact that Shacoya called me a liar. That was uncallful and very unproffesional of her. In the future when I return I do not want to be waited on by Shacoya.

Isaac actually went through my previous service history to see what I've had done in the past, I have been going there about 4 years and no one I repeat, no one has done that. By doing that he was able to recommend some things I needed and was able to tell me some things I didn't know.

Shacoya was excellent, I had tire issues and I had just picked up frozen ice cream and before I could ask how long it might take and if they could help with the ice, she said we take care of everything. They did things so fast there was no need to put the ice cream in the freezer. She has always been helpful, caring and professional

He was very friendly but yet very professional even though I was running a few minutes late. Due to my tardiness I missed the shuttle to the mall but he graciously offered me a rental car free of charge. Thanks for hiring a great advisor!!!! I appreciate it!!!!
