William at the desk was Great! But the time frame was not, technition forgot to put the new oil filter in and oil leaked everywhere! So they had to redo it! Maybe they should slow down? Just an observation? I mean a oil change is only oil & oil filters correct?

Only suggestion would be to provide recommended additional service items before check out, while the car is still in service bay, if possible.
