Everything went well. It was extremely busy, but it was a Saturday also. Daniel, the service provider was excellent and he provided great customer service. I also appreciated the discount, any little thing helps.

It really shouldn’t take over two hours to get an oil change when you have an appointment.
I asked twice to go to the mall to handle a few things instead of sitting at the dealership. I initially was told I’d have to wait a whole hour for 12 noon because the driver had just left the mall which is hardly 3 mins away. I waited until 12 and still nothing. At 12:36, my rep comes in and realized I hadn’t been taken to the mall but the concern was moreso on how I could spend more money on a tire. I’d think spending right at $400 would warrant a simple drop off at the mall but apparently the concern is how much money can be made. I’m highly disappointed in this first experience being that it was such a simple request.
My visit was due to a recall on my CRV, I drove three hours Saturday morning. To my surprise, the service department didn’t have the part in stock and I wasn’t notified or even told that morning. I found out after the service department checked my CRV and found it needed a battery and a few other things. When I was paying for the service, I asked if the recall had been taken care of, but she didn’t answer. I ask again and she said, They didn’t have the part in stock and it would have to be ordered and she could reschedule me.” I stated, “I live three hours away.” Please have integrity and tell clients up front.
