Brad was very responsive and helpful. He accommodated us and kept us updated when we showed up without an appointment even though there was a long wait. He was truthful and helping. Even sent me a message before my car was ready alerting me of the status so that I could be prepared. Really appreciate the honesty , customer service and integrity .

Had to take my Honda unexpectedly...and per usual Brad Dix my service manager...was nothing short of awesome...a pleasure to work with in customer happiness....I was worried about not getting around while my car was being taken care of....he got me a rental without me asking at NO CHARGE!!!!... So hell yes...Brad Dix deserves nothing but strong praise .
