Bert was the best! He had everything taken care of and even let me run him around a little bit. I left my cord to connect to my car and needed it for the Rental. Bert was more than happy to help, my car was already pulled for service, but he made sure I had what i needed. Donna Fowler was just as pleasant too, she was so patient with me. Awesome service! I am glad we purchased at Hendrick Honda of Concord.

Cureal Arrington is very professional. This is my second time having him as an advisor for and untimely vehicle issue. He was courteous and responded quickly to the issue each time. I know if I get him for a service advisor I will get prompt and professional service and that speaks volumes.

The Service Manager (Jeremy) was very professional, technically competent about the issue we were having and kept me up to date on the status of the repair. I was also pleased with the overall experience and that Honda quickly and appropriately covered this warranty item. Jeremy in particular was helpful and friendly and continued to build my trust in the Honda brand. This vehicle was the first Honda I have purchased, but with positive experiences like this one, it probably won’t be the last.

Spoke with a Parts Tech and a Service Tech on Friday 11/30 about a factory accessory I would like to install on my Accord Touring 2.0t. The price I was quoted was doubled at the appointment time and I made special arrangements to match the price and time. Needless to say, I was disappointed in my very first experience with the Service department
