I appreciate the professionalism of the team that greeted me and dealt with me to get my vehicle serviced. The courtesy van ride to and from my office made a weekday service appointment possible. The work was accomplished in a reasonable time frame.

Bert came across rude, he decided to tell me I needed new tires before I even received my multi point inspection and test drive like I asked. I had an appointment at 11:30am and was told my car would be ready by 3pm. I called at 3:30 after not hearing from anyone all day to be told oh sorry we didn’t get to you right away. They went forward with a tire rotation, alignment and oil change and my car is still making the same loud noise and my hood is still rattling as it was before. They didn’t care to test drive it after to ensure that fixed the problem nor did they offer to wash my car or do anything above and beyond after making me wait until 5pm to get my car back.
Such a sweet smiling face to greet us on our first visit. So grateful for communicating progress

I appreciated the close communication that was maintained throughout the servicing of my vehicle. I was regularly updated and all recommendations were thoroughly explained. I trust Honda to provide quality service promptly and at a reasonable price and I’m not disappointed.
I arrived at the dealership before 11 am and it was about 1:40 when I left. I was only getting a oil change and a computer anlinement of the tires. I told them I had an appointment later that afternoon. I was told no problem. Sure did take a long time.
Jazmin was a big help. Came in a couple of weeks ago with routine service and worked with Jazmin. I was told my car needed major service but it had t come up on the diagnostic report that was completed. She had me bring it back in and found out I was given wrong information. Saved me from unnecessarily spending $2200! Honesty is what will keep me coming back. She did a great job, excellent customer service.

Cureal was amazing! He listened to what I had to say and understood how best to help me. My job is in Medical Device Education. I travel to hospitals across both North and South Carolina. I needed to get back on the road and Cureal was able to get me a rental so I could continue to work. I’m more than pleased with the service provided by Cureal.
