There is an ammonia smell when you accelerate the car and it happened when I got on 485 to go home. We waited 2 hours for the service people to tell us they couldn’t smell anything. It is there. Whether it is dangerous is yet to be determined. I would like someone to at least follow up for me on this. No one offered. They offered to fix my back camera, that I have never touched, for 317 dollars...that is ridiculous as I don’t need a camera just need it mounted... that’s way too much $.Please follow up on ammonia smell. Thanks.

Once again. Getting my Honda into the Concord dealership was a very simple easy procedure/process. Not a lot of time wasted and a very good understanding as to what my car was in there for and also the helpful vehicle condition report telling me what I need to do in the near future. Working with Burt Lumpkin is always a pleasure. He did a very good job in explaining the work performed and also the work needed in the future. Thanks again on the service response time.
