Very helpful. I loved that after I missed my appointment scheduled today at 10am. You were thoughtful enough to call me to reschedule my missed appointment. During that call I was able to get scheduled a 2pm appointment for today. After I made it to my 2pm appointment Brad Dix took great care of me. He recommended the service Decarb for my 2007 Accord. Brad said that this would immediately improve the performance of my car. On my drive home after the Tire rotation and Decarb I was blown away by the difference in performance of my vehicle due to Brad’s recommendations. I’m more than pleased with my experience with your service department since the purchase of my vehicle at your dealership 3 years ago 1/16/2016. Thank you.

As usual, my appt was kept by David. The shuttle driver was on time to take me over to the mall and right on time to pick me up from the mall. I thoroughly enjoyed her company. When I got back, my vehicle was ready to go, as promised in the timeline given to me by David.
Jeremy was amazing, informative, and patient. I left the service center knowing what my car needed and didn't feel like he was a pushy salesman trying to get a dollar. Excellent!
It was alright, I came for an oil change and tire rotation and it took about 1.5-2 hours. Then the IMA, Battery, and Check Engine lights came on when driving away so I took it back, but only the codes were cleared (not checked) so when leaving for a second time they came on again (not cleared properly). So I made an appointment to have them checked/cleared properly the following day since it should have been done the first time, but they wanted to charge $60 extra! So I cleared them myself.
