My service advisor, Daniel, is except. He went above and beyond to find the right tires and grest deal for our Pilot. He also always explains everything in detail so I feel satisfied with what why and what repairs are needed on my vehicle. Don't want to use anyone else! Thank you!

Misunderstanding about the term (or definition) of my request for NC Inspection as opposed to the term “Inspection” that Rene had specified. I ended driving home without the NC Inspection. Upon investigation at home; I drove back to the Hendick service Dept for this task to be completed.
