My wife was quoted a price of $124 plus tax by one service representative for a synthetic oil change and to change/fill her coolant. After providing a 10% coupon for service and parts, she was charged $170 by another, who said she misquoted my wife. I would expected the original quote to be honored, even if the representative was wrong. If they misquoted her to begin with, she should have been notified, prior to receiving her bill. It appears as though my wife was taken advantage of for being a woman. I hope this is not the case.

Jessica was amazing and really took her time to understand our situation. I understood what she was saying and when I had questions, she was not hesitant to answer me right away or ask someone else when she was not sure! I felt like we were in great hands since we first talked to her and I hope when we visit again she will be there!
