Usually when I have oil change, they give me a paper with things that need to be done and what my tire tread is. They didn’t this time and when I asked the guy was kinda unsure.

The service writer was rude and unhelpful. Wanted me to spend $140 to balance the tires and line up the car. But that would not fix the problem. If a new car cannot hold an alignment for one year then there is something else wrong. Feel free to call me anytime ****-****-xxxx
