I worked with Isaac Powell on yesterday regarding service on my 2001 Honda Accord. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service received as well as the lack of service rendered. Isaac Powell advised me to contact either Ron James or Russ Carter regarding this matter. At 7am this morning, my husband and I called and left a voicemail for Russ Carter. At 9am, I called and left another message with Isaac Powell.
My appointment was scheduled for yesterday at 5pm for an oil change. I came in around 4:15pm and scheduled with Isaac to have an oil change with tire rotation and balance. I left my vehicle assured that I would receive the service requested. Upon picking my vehicle up around 6:45pm, I noticed the oil change sticker (in the window) had not been changed. I went back into the service dock and asked Isaac about this. I had a concern that the oil had been changed. Isaac reassured me that the oil had been changed. He offered to replace the sticker in the window. I chose not to replace it, but expressed my concern regarding the lack of.
As I left service, my husband immediately noticed the tires were in the same position as they were when I brought my vehicle in. This was very obvious as I have 2 sets of tires on the vehicle. I turned around and went back to the service department and informed Isaac of this. At this point, I wanted to address management in regards to me being charged for a service that was not rendered. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
I feel taken advantage of, lied to, and mislead. I have a genuine concern and trust concern about the quality of service at Hendrick Honda. This is the 2nd Honda your service department has serviced over 5 years.
I brought my car in with my 3 young children to look at my tire as my tire light was on. They found a screw in the tire and said they would try to patch it and let me know. After an hour when I still hadn't heard anything I went to inquire as to progress as the children were getting restless and was told I would need a new fuel injector soon, which was not at all what I was there for. I was told they were able to patch the tire and it would still be 15-20 minutes. All total we spent over an hour and a half there waiting for the tire with little to now communication. They also tried to charge me to patch a tire that was still under warranty. This was not excellent service.
