Although my service experience was excellent, I don’t believe it should take over an hour for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I will be moving out of your shuttle service area soon, and won’t be able to take two hours off work just for an oil change.

I’m a widow finding myself learning all about cars and the maintenance issues my late husband toook care of. Jeremy went above and beyond to answer my questions and did so in a fashion that did not make me feel inferior because I’m a woman! Very important especially to me. He is a gem.
Tech forgot to reset tire pressure alert after rotating tires. Other that that, everything was good.

I brought our vehicle in for some very basic routine maintenance (i.e. an oil & filter change and vehicle inspection, etc.). I specifically setup an appointment to avoid an unusually long wait time. Despite this effort, the work took nearly 2 hours... I think the amount of time taken to perform this type of routine maintenance was excessive.
