First time to the dealership and loved the attention to details and the overall facility.
Cureal was attentive to my concerns and communicated clearly and frequently during the time my car was in for service. Ron the service manager resolved a warranty issue that was not being resolved by the standard method. This made me fell valued and respected which has earned my trust and loyalty. There was also a parts manager that helped imitate this process but I cannot remember his name. Thank you!

Not good results. Diagnostic was higher than thought
There was a little bit of confusion at first with the coupon we received in the mail upon our arrival for service. We called ahead to confirm we could use the coupon and set an appointment, upon arrival we were told we could not use it and we requested for them to check with a manager. They accepted the coupon and there still was confusion in regards to our total cost for the oil change with tire rotation. In the end everything was understood and we did leave satisfied.

I have been a customer at Honda of Concord for over 10 years. I have had an Accord, a Pilot and two CVRs serviced. I purchased three of them as new vehicles. I have dealt with Larry Burris the majority of the time and I have never been more pleased with the service he has provided me. He has taken care of making certain when I needed work done on any of my vehicles that it is taken care of.Once I was in Asheville, my first CRV needed a new battery. I called Larry from Asheville and he made certain I had the battery I needed when I returned home. Larry always keeps me informed on the needs of my cars. When he was working in a different position he made certain I was taken care of by Daniel. As long as Larry will be my Service Rep. I know I will always be taken care of and in great hands. I am blessed to have Larry provide the best for my vehicles.
Yes, I brought my van in on Friday 1/18/19 for the B14 service, William did look at my service history and provided me with necessary repairs based on my service history. I drop my van off and William kept me updated with status of my van. I picked up my van that evening and on my way home he engine lights came on. I called William that Saturday and advised him of my issue, he told me to bring it in ASAP no appointment required. I brought my van in that Monday 1/21..William checked my in right away and about 30mins later , he brought my key back to me and issue was ???? resolved. It was a mechanic error. Thanks William for providing Excellent customer service ????
