I struck up a relationship with Isaac back in 2012 when I had my CR-V..it continued with my 2015 RDX & now my 2018 RDX.. He's always knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We always catch up with the status of his kids and my grandkids..with 2 more years left on my lease, they will all be walking and talking by that time..

Issac Powell has always taken care of me and the 3 cars I own. He is always honest and explains the services needed immediately and those that could wait. This is extremely helpful as a single parent balancing finances. I’ve also never had an issue with any services received from Honda of Concord.
