The manager insisted that I pay half of the bill even though I explained to the front rep initially that I had a fidelity maintenance agreement. I should have been told that they do not honor Fidelity maintenance upfront so thatI could have gotten my maintenance agreement honored at another location, It had been honored in the past at South Blvd in Charlotte. The manager gave very poor customer service and I’m very dissatisfied.

Daniel Smith was great! He went above & beyond . He sent many photos as I requested to see my brake pads/rotors. I very much appreciated him taking the time/effort to do this. Also, Daniel answered all my questions & returned my calls in a timely manner. Thank you Daniel so much for the excellent service you provided me!
