The manager insisted that I pay half of the bill even though I explained to the front rep initially that I had a fidelity maintenance agreement. I should have been told that they do not honor Fidelity maintenance upfront so thatI could have gotten my maintenance agreement honored at another location, It had been honored in the past at South Blvd in Charlotte. The manager gave very poor customer service and I’m very dissatisfied.
Issac was very professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions and provided detailed explanations for all recommended services.
