Honda of Concord is a best place to buy a car this is my second car from this dealership and I’m so happy with everything!!!!! Happy with my car and the customer service is excellent Donnie always take care of me but he was off today so he is scheduled me with Jeremy which of course he is excellent too and Annita she is a wonderful lady so nice with a big smile,super calm peaceful personality.. everyone is so nice in this place I’m so happy with this place that I make my boyfriend bring he’s car here ( he lives in Waxhaw and work in uptown) so he will be at the dealership tomorrow for a oil change with Donnie.. thank you so much for great Customer service and keep the great work
Jessica Poteet is amazing! Returning my call on her day off! That is way above and beyond regular customer service. She is very detailed and took the time to listen to my concerns, and even allowed me to demonstrate one of my concerns with my vehicle. Her knowledge of my vehicle allowed me to feel reassured about the situation not being as bad as I thought it was and she was able to explain to me why it was not as bad. I could also tell that she is highly respected among her peers as they continued to come to her while I was being helped by her. Jessica is a real asset to your company!

Service was excellent but hour and a half to do an oil change is a bit excessive. Especially with an appointment scheduled.
