Everytime I go, it’s like the wait time gets worse and worse. I was quoted an hour to an hour and 15, (hour and a half max) and I was pulled by the person helping me and was given an update on my car and was told it shouldn’t be 10 mins, 15 mins max.
30+ minutes later, someone else helped me check out. I ended up being late to pick up my son from daycare.
Things went very well .. she was extremely nice ..got my car back in a timely manner
I went in for $50 oil change and left having spent over $300. My invoice states that "customer requested" the extra services. I did not. I was told they had to be done (I don't know cars) so I approved. Come to find out some of the extra services were not needed. I could have saved my money and not been taken advantage of.
Jessica was a pleasure to work with and took the time to explain to me my state inspection, mileage details, and Honda Care Plan I asked about. Much appreciated!!

She insisted that the oil change interval on my Honda accord hybrid was 5000 miles even though I know it’s not and she told me that my battery was no good although I just had it tested and it was fine

I asked Bert about the windshield wipers on the car. He said he would have the tech, check them out. When I got the list of “preventive maintenance” items I expected to hear that I needed new wipers or that I didn’t. They never came up. Also, when I checked out, they didn’t come up. As a customer, I had one concern and the advisor missed it while knocking me out for $361 dollars on a day that I was thinking I would get a free oil change. I may have needed the items but what I really needed was someone who listened to my concern first. No need to reach out...I will continue to get my cars serviced by your dealership and will give you first shot when I replace my wife’s CR-V this year. Teach your folks how to listen to the customer.
