I continue to speak of the praises of Isaac Powell. He is thorough with his assessment of the car, breaks down the information in terms I can understand, and does not let me leave until all my questions are answered and all work is completed to my satisfaction. His honesty and helpfulness is the main reason that I go to Honda. He is a wonderful employee that I hope will stay there for many years to come.

I had a very good experience at the Honda of Concord. Everything was very transparent the whole time which I liked. Cullen kept me updated and informed throughout the repair process, making sure I knew exactly what was going on before proceeding. The text updates are very convenient as well. Overall a very good experience.
