The experience during the oil change was good when I came back for a free car wash was very disappointing and this satisfactory I had to speak with three people before I was given a code I didn't accept because of the poor handling of this matter
Jessica is always exceptionally pleasant and professional. She always goes the extra mile when we come for service. She tries to ensure we are comfortable, have all the facts to make the best decisions on our vehicle, as well seems very genuine in her demeanor. I would not go to another dealer because of her. We have had bad experiences in the past but completely trust Jessica after the first time we came there for service. I will always come here due to our interactions with Jessica. I usually have my kids with me when I come and she treats them very well which means the world to me. She speaks directly to them and they love her. She is excellent in every way.

Bradley Dix was fantastic to deal with. He really made our experience easy and he was very personable. Bradley gave us a courtesy call to make us aware of our vehicle needing a few things based on its year. He also made us aware of our tires being dry rotted. I was very appreciative for that because I don’t need my wife having a blow out on bad rotted tires. Bradley was very professional. Most importantly I left feeling like I did not get overcharged for the work they did.

I was told the Multipoint inspection was done but tehy didnt have a report . Whenni got it done again , some things that needed attention showed up.When the car was given to me , it didnt even have air in all of its tyres.i dropped the car at 12:30 and when i went to pick up , i still had to wait for more than 30 min for the mutlipint to be done for the sexond time
