Will is a great Service Manager, from the moment we drove in he made my wife and I feel welcomed and exceeded our expectations providing us with a rental vehicle, while our van was being serviced. I’ve been going to Honda of North Charlotte for 10 years and will be coming to Honda of Concord to see Will going forward. Thank you for the great service and resolving the issue with our van.

Everything was pretty good. I would say have some cold waters available for those that’s not interested in room temperature water and possibly some light refreshments for those waiting long than norm. But all in all I was satisfied.
