Policy trumps the customer. I appreciate that Daniel, Matt, Wes, Isaac, and David are working with us on our problem, and they are still helping us, but I am disappointed that a clear issue with a recently and incorrectly repaired car (by another Hendrick dealership, no less) that we have already identified and showed them is not being speedily resolved. In my opinion, if the customer is willing to give the service techs a hint as to what they believe the issue is, the service manager should be willing to pass on that information without giving it total credence. Did not have appointment but got worked in. Walked around lot looking at new vehicles until my car was serviced. Daniel was courteous and very helpful. He was very customer friendly and knowledgeable.
