This was my first visit to this dealership. Cureal Arrington was very professional and provided excellent and thorough customer service from the start. When I told him I planned to wait with the car, he informed me that their shuttle could take me home and pick me up later since I lived close by and since the service/repairs could take a couple of hours. He communicated in a clear and timely manner concerning my car service and answered all my questions.

I called twice to ask a question about tires I had purchased from Honda in December. I never received a call back so I went to the service depot in person. After waiting about 10 mins a salesperson finally helped me. She was able to make an appt for me. When I arrived at my appt time I was told they would look at my tire and if it needed a patch it would be about 1 hr and 15 mins. I thought that was a little long since I already had an appt but I waited. It took 2 1/2 hrs to patch a tire. This is unsatisfactory.

Would be my last visit to this service center..had good experiences in past and hence I was going there to service my Hondas... rip off and would pass the buck to different representatives...my advice- find alternative option- any John Doe would be better than this dealership...
