I'm not generally one to complain. However I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, recall fix, and to have a rattle under my dash diagnosed and to evaluate a speaker that sounded blown. I was told this would take 2 hrs and planned accordingly as I had my baby daughter with me. I received no updates along the way when things were delayed. In fact, I even had to send a text message to try and figure out the delay, only to get a response that said should be done soon. However, it was not actually soon at all. It ended up taking 3 hrs despite having an appointment. There was no problem with the speaker I was told, and also told the rattle was fixed but it is now actually worse. And now it seems like I will have to come back yet again with the same issue.

Bert took time to explain the checklist done on my car. He listened to my concerns about a vibration and, since nothing was found today, offered me the option of leaving the car overnight when convenient for me to do more checking. My brake pads are beginning to wear and he did not put any pressure on me to have them replaced. He told me to continue to have them checked with my tire rotations. I appreciate to information and the no pressure conversation. He was just extremely professional and helpful.
