We had an unexpected screw in our tire causing low tire pressure. Jeremy took care of it right away along with his maintance team without us obviously having an appointment. It was taken care of quickly which allowed us to continue our 10 hour drive. Jeremy was very thoughtful, courteous and helpful. I would recommend him and his team to anyone. Almost everything was wonderful, it didn't take as long as I thought it would and the service rep was wonderful, the only issue I had was with the car wash. The rep wrote "924" as my carwash code and I tried it numerous times and it kept saying "invalid code" so I finally gave up and headed to my next appointment. A few minutes after I left I got the text message that my car wash code was "0924" and I was too far out to turn back. It was a bit of a disappointment. I saw another few cars having the same issue before I left and I'm not sure if they brought it up to anyone or not but I wanted to make sure someone became aware that the reps need to remember to put the "0" in front of the car wash codes otherwise they won't work. Thank you for the great service otherwise!!
