I have worked with Jessica on several occasions before and she is simply outstanding!! I can say without reservation her service was a deciding factor in my decision to come directly to Honda if Concord when it was time to trade my Accord. I came in because my air conditioner was not getting super cold. It wasn't hot but it wasn't cold. I assumed it could be that I just needed to add freon but I came in because just last year I was in for an AC issue so I wanted to see if the repair last year wasn't sufficient. After getting it checked, I was told I needed a new compressor and I was quoted almost $2000. My vehicle is 11 years old so that sounded ridiculous to me. Instead of attempting to see if adding freon would work, the new compressor was the only option I received. Like any intelligent person, I declined. I received my vehicle back and at this point it was completely blowing hot air. I took it to my personal mechanic this morning and was informed that they drained whatever freon was left in there. My mechanic added freon and just like that my AC was ice cold. I'm offended that the mechanics at Honda thought I was that dumb and instead of giving me an inexpensive option, they tried to quote me for something that was basically more than my car is worth. Good thing I wasn't dumb and naive enough to listen.
Daniel is great! He knows that I want to keep my Honda until I run it into the ground & he keeps the van up to date as it ages!! He & my service guys are perfect!!!

Daniel Smith is an excellent service representative. From the time I walked in the door to have my oil consumption issue address and repaired to my catalytic converter being replaced. He was in constant communication with me what he said he stood by when he wasn't available he provided a service representative who would be available excellent excellent customer service he went to bat for me for my parts and service I will be returning thank you so much for your customer care

Isaac was great and very friendly. He assisted with explaining the maintenance needed on my van and helped me get the best price. My complaint is the wait time. I was there for almost 3 hours for simple maintenance (oil change, tire rotation and alignment, cabin and engine air filter replacement). This wait seems excessive for the work that was completed and unfortunately I am not able to use the shuttle provided as I am accompanied most of my time with my 2 year old which in turn makes the wait much more difficult.
